At Mart Planet, we want you and your little ones to be completely happy with every purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including opened plush toys where the seal or packaging has been removed, and items marked as final sale.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at info@toyshutch.pk with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we'll share instructions on where and how to send your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
